For orders placed online or by phone we accept the following major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, Discover/Novus. Orders placed by mail can be paid by check or money order.

When will my credit card be charged?
If Olivia's Secret is in stock and available for immediate delivery your credit card is charged
when you place your order. If Olivia's Secret is on back order and not available for immediate delivery,
we charge your credit card when your order actually ships.

Order Status
Has my order shipped?
We ship orders within 2-3 business days.
Orders normally arrive in a week or less via
US Priority Mail, a 2-3 day service, which includes Saturday delivery.

My order never arrived.
If your domestic order has not arrived in 7-10 days, please contact us immediately. We will run an audit
to determine when we received your order, when it was processed, and when it was shipped. We typically
reship lost orders the very next day. For international orders to Canada, western Europe, the UK, and
Australia, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive; for all other international destinations,
allow 2-4 weeks.

When will my back order arrive?
We always try to ship orders as soon as possible. However, if you place an order
when Olivia's Secret is not available for immediate delivery, your back order will be shipped
as soon as it becomes available. Back orders can be delayed up to 4 weeks, but 2-3 weeks is more typical.

How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order for Olivia's Secret until the day it ships. To cancel
your order, simply notify us by e-mail or phone.

I want to discontinue my auto re-orders.
To withdraw from the Auto Re-Order program, simply notify us
at least a week before your next shipment, either by phone or by sending an
email with the word 'discontinue' in the subject line.
Orders returned without cancellation notice will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping & Returns
How will my order be shipped?
We ship all orders by US Priority Mail, a 2-3 day service, which includes Saturday delivery.
We charge a flat rate of $4.95 for up to 6 bottles of Olivia's Secret.

Do you offer overnight shipping?
We understand that some of our customers want their order delivered more quickly. If you would like us to ship
your order over night, please indicate your preference in the Special Instructions section of
your order form. We charge $15.00 to $25.00 for over-night shipping, depending on the package weight and destination.
The cost difference will be added to your bill.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We use US Global Priority Mail to ship international orders to Canada, Mexico, western Europe, the UK,
Australia, the Pacific rim, and parts of South America and the Middle East. For orders up to 3 bottles of Olivia's Secret
or 1 bottle of Calci-Guard 6, we charge a flat rate
of $4.95 for shipping to Canada and Mexico, and $5.95 for shipping to all
other countries in the US Global Priority Mail service area.
For other international destinations, we ship by US Express Mail, FedEx, or other
international carrier. The charge varies per destination, but usually
costs between $13.00 and $25.00.
For international orders to Canada, western Europe, the UK, and Australia, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
For all other international destinations, allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
International customers are responsible for all import duties or taxes (if applicable due to package weight or value).
If customs seizes the shipment, we cannot refund your cost.

What do you charge for shipping?
We offer flat rate shipping for orders of 1-6 bottles of Olivia's Secret and 1-2 bottles of Calci-Guard 6 (domestic: $4.95, intn'l: $5.95-$6.95).
This is our base rate. For larger orders,
the following surcharges are added to the base rate, depending on the package weight and destination:

Calci-Guard 6 and Olivia's Secret: 6 bottles or more (any combination), add $0.30 per bottle
Women's Multi+: 2 bottles or more, add $0.75 per bottle
Olivia's Secret: 7-12 bottles, add $2.00

Olivia's Secret: 4 bottles (total), add $4.00
Women's Multi+ or Calci-Guard 6 1 bottle, and Olivia's Secret 0-2 bottles, add $4.00
For All Other International Orders, add $1.25 per bottle, plus:
Calci-Guard 6: 2 bottles or more, add $1.00 per bottle
Women's Multi+: first bottle, add $1.75; each additional bottle, add $1.00

What is your return policy?
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product, you may return it
